Abstract
This Law authorizes the Ceará Foundation for Meteorology and Water Resources (FUNCEME) to enter into agreements with current and retired public servants to settle pending judicial disputes related to salary claims, specifically those arising from court decisions recognizing the right to the implementation of a percentage increase in base pay. Its main objectives are to provide a negotiated and legally secure resolution to such disputes; allow the functional reclassification of affected servants into their original career structures; regulate the incorporation of judicially obtained remuneration into a personal, nominally identified advantage (VPNI); ensure the timely implementation of remuneration adjustments following judicial approval of the agreements; and establish conditions for voluntary adhesion, including the irrevocable waiver of related judicial claims, while defining institutional responsibilities for calculation, implementation, and oversight of the process.
