Abstract
This Law amends Law No. 14.675 establishing the Environmental Code within the State of Santa Catarina. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings related to matters concerning the protection of native vegetation. The article 127-E of Law No. 14.675, shall be in force with the following wording: donation to the Public Power of an area located inside the Conservation Unit of public domain still pending of land regularization; Registration of another equivalent area and surplus to the Legal Reserve, in property of the same ownership or acquired in third-party property, with established native vegetation, in regeneration or re-composition, always in the same biome.
