Abstract
This Law approves the State Policy for Family Agro-Industry within the State of Paraná. It specifies definitions and requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned activity, according to article 3 of Federal Law No. 11.326, aiming at improving agricultural prime material exploitation and the family agro-industrial sectors within the State. It includes livestock, fishery, forestry and other sectors which need material transformation.
