Abstract
This Law amends article 5 of the State Fund for Environmental Protection (FEMA). Amendments establish that priority will be given to the application of financial resources from FEMA in plans, programmes or projects related to environmental education, environmental control and monitoring, environmental recovery and restoration, protection of water resources, conservation of biodiversity, Conservation Units, forestry development, research, technological development, institutional development, development of public environmental policies, legal and economic instruments and means, as well as current expenses related to the activities of the State Secretariat for Sustainable Development and Tourism (Sedest) and the Environmental Institute of Paraná (IAP).
