Abstract
This Law authorizes the Chief Executive to create the Agricultural and Livestock Development Institute of the State of Amazonas (IDAM). The attributions, purposes and assets of the State Secretary for Rural Production (SEPROR), the Amazonas State Rural Development Institute (EMATER) and the Amazonas State Agricultural Development Company (CODEAGRO), transferred to the State Secretary for Infrastructure (SEINF) are transferred to the IDAM.
