Abstract
This Law amends the State Agricultural and Livestock Fund (FUNAGRO), linked to the Agrarian Development Secretariat. Amendments deal with composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned FUNAGRO. In addition, it establishes that the resale of breeding stock and supplies shall be allowed to cooperatives of farmers, breeders and fishermen, or individually, to farmers, breeders and fishermen duly registered in SEAP and EMATER-ACRE.
