Abstract
This Law amends Law No. 3.421 of 8 March 2019 on the organization of the Direct and Indirect Administration of the State Executive Branch. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings of different governing bodies and create in the structure of the Direct Administration of the State Executive Branch: I – Women's Secretariat; II – Secretariat of Native and Traditional Peoples; III – Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture. The operational structure, duties, positions on management, leadership and advisory committees, and functions, observing values and symbols, that make up the bodies covered by this article are contained in the above mentioned Law.
