Abstract
This Law, consisting of 4 Chapters and 3 Annexes, creates the State Institution for the implementation of Environmental Policy (INEA) under the State Secretariat for the Environment. This Law establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned insitution, entitled to implement State policies on environment, water and forestry resources.

Resolution INEA No. 100 approving Operating Norm No. 21 (NOPINEA 21) for the issuance of the Environmental Certificate for the registration of cleaning and disinfection products for professional use in domestic settings, herbicides for non-agricultural use, veterinary products and other biocides marketed or used in urban areas of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
Resolution INEA No. 94 approving Operating Norm No. 22 (NOPINEA 22) for the issuance of the Environmental Certificate for marketing of pesticides and phytosanitary products within the State of Rio de Janeiro.
