Abstract
This Law amends the State Policy for the Sustainability of Aquaculture, approved by Law No. 5.280 of 12 January 2022. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, specifying authorized fish species, semi or intensive breeding system, fish feeding, taxes for environmental authorization, etc.
