Abstract
This Law amends Decree-Law No. 221 on fishing activity. It establishes new provisions in order to regulate marine foreign fishing within the waters under Brazilian jurisdiction. It establishes foreign vessel requirements, restrictions and sanctions to be paid for illegal activity.
