Abstract
This Law amends articles 27, 33 and 34 of Law No. 5.197 on fauna protection. It consists of amending articles prohibiting hunting activity and the use of unauthorized fishing gear. It also prohibits the pollution of rivers originated by water discharge, pesticides, or by unauthorized activity. It specifies sanctions to be paid by offenders for polluting, hunting or fishing activities (including foreign fishing).
