Abstract
This Act provides for the protection of fauna and hunting activity. It consists of 38 articles specifying the requirements to be met for obtaining an authorization in order to perform hunting activity. It also lists authorized hunting methods, hunting activity with scientific purposes, fees to be paid and sanctions for offenders. Articles 36 creates the Fauna Protection National Council, entitled for carrying out studies and controls on wildlife management sector.
