Abstract
This Decree amends articles 2 and 3 of Law No. 6.558 on the State Fund to Fight and Eradicate Poverty (FECOEP). Amendments Income from the State Fund to Combat and Eradicate Poverty (FECOEP): the portion of the proceeds from the collection corresponding to the additional 2% of the Tax on operations related to the Circulation of Goods and on Interstate and Inter-municipal Transportation Services and Communication (ICMS) or of the tax that comes to replace it on the telecommunications. The additional 2% on ICMS, provided for in item I of art. 2, in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of article 1, shall remain in force as long as the social need for the application of the State Fund to Combat and Eradicate Poverty (FECOEP) remains in force.
