Abstract
This Law, consisting of 4 Chapters, divided into 22 articles and 1 Table, establishes sanitary inspection and related taxes for products of animal origin within the State of São Paulo. The above mentioned sanitary and industrial inspection of products of animal origin will be carried out: in rural properties or producing sources as well as in transport and transit of these products destined to industrialization or to human or animal consumption; in specialized industrial infrastructures; in processing, storing and handling animal products' centres; etc. The Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Taxes (Chap. II); Sanctions (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
