Abstract
This Law amends articles 35 and 36 of Law No. 7.755 of 18 March 2022. Amendments concerns the inspection body activities for plant origin products referring to the Brazilian System of Inspection on Plant Origin Products (SISBI-POV) complying with the provisions of federal legislation recognizing equivalence to SISBI-POV. In cases where compliance with federal legislation requires adaptation of procedures for the proper execution of the inspection actions, these will be covered in regulatory standards.
