Abstract
This Decree amends articles 2 of Law No. 6.558 on the State Fund to Fight and Eradicate Poverty (FECOEP). Amendments set a deadline for the distribution of seeds purchased with FECOEP funds. In particular, agricultural seeds purchased with FECOEP funds, to be distributed to the low-income population, must be delivered to the population by the March deadline, with the State Executive being responsible for distribution.
