Abstract
This Law amends Law No. 644 on the Agricultural and Livestock Protection Agency of the State of Roraima (ADERR). Amendments deal with composition of ADERR and administrative and legal proceedings related to its duties and activities, such as: promoting, drawing up, managing, coordinating and executing the Agricultural Defense Policy of the State of Roraima. In addition, amendments establish control, prevention and health in the agricultural sector, with a view to sustainable socio-economic development and improving the quality of life of the population of Roraima.
