Norm MMA No. 3 creating the Policy on Integration and Security of Information System related to Rural Environmental Registry.

This Norm, consisting of six Sections, creates the Policy on Integration and Security of Information System related to Rural Environmental Registry (SICAR). This information is intended to inform policy, programmes, projects and activities of control, monitoring, environmental and economic planning and combating deforestation. In case of damage to national security or to third parties for the use of SICAR information for other purposes than provided for in this article, users can be held accountable in the administrative, civil and criminal areas.
