Norm No. 13 authorizing the import and use in emergency situation of pesticides containing substance named emamectin benzoate to manage the pest A-1 Helicoverpa armigera.

This Norm authorizes the import and use in emergency situation of pesticides containing substance named Emamectin benzoate to manage the pest A-1 Helicoverpa armigera. This Norm establishes the requirements to be met in order to benefit from the above mentioned authorization of import, related to this pesticide, which shall be registered abroad, according to Agricultural Protection Secretariat SDA and containing as the unique active ingredient the substance Emamectin benzoate to combat the quarantine pest A-1 Helicoverpa armigera.
