Norm No. 13 establishing the Contingency Plan against Cocoa monoliliasis (Moniliophthora roreri).

This Norm, consisting of 5 Chapters, establishes the Contingency Plan against Cocoa monoliliasis (Moniliophthora roreri). This Contingency Plan establishes operational procedures for the implementation of preventing and emergency measures in order to eradicate this plant disease. The Plan is divided as follows: creation of a National Group for Phytosanitary Emergency within the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, MAPA (Chap. I), Phytosanitary preventing measures (Chap. II), Pjytosanitary measures in case of suspect of disease (Chap. III), Operationa actions in case of disease (Chap. IV), Final provisions (Chap. V).
