Abstract
This Norm, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, amends the list of animal diseases subjective to animal sanitary measures, according to different epidemiologic national and worldwide situation, results of research and scientific investigations, recommendations of the World Animal Health Organisation. Animal diseases listed in the Annex must be mandatory notified to the official veterinary service, composed by the Units of the Ministry Agriculture, Livestock and Supply and by the State Organs for Animal Health Protection, according to art. 5 of Annex in Decree No 5.741.
