Abstract
This Norm, consisting of 21 articles, establishes complementary norms to the National Programme for Control and Eradication of Animal Brucellosis and Tuberculosis (PNCEBT), established by Ministerial Norm No. 2 of 10 January 2001, to establish appropriate health protection measures to control and eradicate brucellosis and bovine tuberculosis in cattle and buffaloes and reducing the risk of spread of diseases, implementing State Law 13.467. This Resolution, upon the execution of powers in the state decree 50.072/2013, in its Article 13, sections II and XIII, provides that: property is where animals live in the same epidemiological unit, ie, sharing the same place of management and/or supply; Sanitation property with outbreaks of tuberculosis or brucellosis detected in diagnostic tests standardized by PNCEBT; restrictions on animal movements in focus properties and sanitation, as well as the obligatory diagnostic tests for tuberculosis and brucellosis to cattle movement for the purpose of reproduction; guidelines for the use of vaccination against bovine brucellosis, etc.
