Abstract
This Order approves in the Annex the Technical Regulation for Identity and Quality of stingless bee Honey (Melipona) within the State of Bahia, applying to all establishments of bee products and derivatives registered under the State Inspection Service. Its objectives are to establish the identity and minimum quality requirements that must meet the stingless bee honey (genus Melipona) made through the conservation process of dehumidification, cooling and intended for direct human consumption. This Order does not apply to industrial stingless bee honey and used as an ingredient in other foods.
