Abstract
This Order, consisting of 7 articles and 1 Annex, provides for the creation of the Environmental Service established by State Decree No. 60.342 of 4 April 2014. Meetings of the Environmental Service will be given in one of the service points defined in Order CFA No. 15/2014, and take place as follows: public officials appointed to work in the Environmental Service, now called Environmental Conciliation agents first will introduce to fined the description of the offense and of the infringed devices in addition to the penalties imposed at the time of assessment or on this occasion.
