Abstract
This Decree regulates toxicity of pesticides. It consists of 10 articles and 2 annexes establishing categories of pesticides' toxicity (highly toxic - few toxic). It fixes tests to be carried out with pesticides in order to avoid environmental disaster (maximum quantity of pesticides to be used, category, etc.). Procedures to be adopted are specified in annexes (Annex 2 lists ecological tests to be carried out according to the different pesticide).
