Abstract
This Order regulates the issuing of the authorization for scientific fishing programme. It consists of 5 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied for obtaining a fishing licence with scientific purposes. Authorizations (renewable) issued by Sudepe shall expire after three years from the publication on the Official Sudepe Bulletin. It specifies controls to be carried out by Sudepe services and lays down sanctions to be paid by offenders (including fishing licence suspension), in compliance with Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967.
