This Order establishes fishing vessel leasing requirements for the commercial exploitation of tuna fish. It consists of 6 articles and 1 annex establishing the requirements to be satisfied by fishing entities in order to lease fishing vessels (including vessel leasing to foreign entities, foreign vessel fishing activity and taxes to be paid to the competent authority in order to perform such activity). The annex specifies the requirements to be met for obtaining a licence for tuna fish exploitation, issued by the Sudepe.
