Abstract
This Order prohibits the capture of every marine turtle species in brazilan territorial sea. It consists of 3 articles establishing that capture as well as every interfering activity with marine turtles or their protected areas is strictly prohibited. It also prescribes controls to be carried out by Sudepe services and sanctions to be paid by offenders, in compliance with Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967.
