Abstract
This Order, consisting of six articles, provides for the exemption of authorization for use and management of commercial establishments for wildlife products and by-products within Rio Grande do Sul, according to Complementary Law No. 140 of 8 December 2011, establishing as an administrative action of States approving the functioning of wildlife reproduction centres. Only are exempted from authorization commercial establishments that sell exclusively wildlife products and by-products.
