Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of 19 articles and 3 Annexes, regulates the environmental licensing procedures for coastal zone shrimp culture infrastructures. It establishes the requirements to be met in order to obtain an environmental licence for the above mentioned infrastructures. This Resolution also prohibits shrimp culture in mangrove areas according to Federal Law No. 7.661. Annexes specify necessary documents to request and plans for environmental control and monitoring.
