Abstract
This Resolution approves the State Programme for Municipal Solid Waste Management - PEGRSM. This State Programme (attached to this record), consisting of eight Sections, establishes guidelines to be implemented in the period 2015 - 2018. It establishes the Technical Advisory SEMA to provide technical support in the preparation and implementation of the following projects: decentralization of environmental licensing procedures for enterprises: Overflow Area and screening for MSW generated in the municipalities for the installation of Screening plants and solid waste landfill Construction - RSCC, for installation of Screening and Composting Plants of MSW and deployment of Small-scale Landfill for the final disposal of MSW waste.
