Resolution CONSEPA No. 5 providing for activities that may cause environmental impact.

This Resolution, consisting of 18 articles and 3 Annexes, provides for regulating all the activities that cause or may cause local environmental impact and sets general standards of federal cooperation in administrative proceedings arising from the exercise of common responsibility for the protection of natural heritage, the environment and combating pollution, as provided in the Complementary Law No. 140/2011. This Resolution defines local environmental impact any impact that changes, directly or indirectly, physical, chemical or biological properties of the environment, and affecting health, safety, well-being, social and economic and the biotic activities, physical and sanitary conditions of the environment as well as the quality of natural resources within the territorial limits of the municipality.
