Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of 5 articles, considering the Norm No. 26 of 2 September 2009, regulating fishing activity in the river basin of the Paraná River, prohibits the use of gillnets (single or trammel nets) and any kind of cast throw net within the waters under the jurisdiction of the State of Paraná. Sanctions to be paid by offenders shall be applied in compliance with Law No. 7.679, November 1988, Law No. 9.605 of 12 February 1988, Decree No. 6514 of 22 July 2008 and other relevant regulations.
