Abstract
This Resolution amends Resolution SEMAC No. 4 of 22 March 2011 regulating State Law No. 3.886 of 28 April 2010 and Federal Law No. 11.959 of 29 June 2009 concerning the exercise of fishing activity within the State of Mato Grosso. The Sport Fishing within the territorial waters of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul must register through electronic bank payment, the impression of Environmental Authorization for Sport Fishing activity. Environmental Authorization must accompany the sport fisher at all times of the fishing activity and fish transport along with an official identification document with a photograph.
