Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of 3 Chapters, provides for environmental illegal activities and their respective administrative sanctions, according to Federal Law No. 9.605; Federal Decree No. 6.514 and State Decree No. 60.342. It consideres an environmental administrative violations any act or omission that violates the legal rules of use, enjoyment, promotion, protection and restoration of the environment. Environmental infringements will be punished, individually or cumulatively, with the following sanctions: Warning; Simple fine; Daily fines; Seizure of animals, products and byproducts of fauna and flora and other products and byproducts been infringed, instruments, supplies, equipment or vehicles of any kind used in the violation; Destruction or disposal of the product; Suspension of sale and manufacture of the product; Embargo of work or activity and related areas; Demolition of work; Partial or total suspension of activity; Restriction of rights.
