Agricultural Products (Fruit and Vegetable) Rules (Cap. 242).

These Rules prescribe that no fruit or vegetable shall be exported unless packed in a packing house licensed for that purpose by the Minister. Fruit and vegetables intended for export shall be subject to inspection by an officer of the Ministry who shall have power to block the shipment of any such produce which in his or her opinion is unsuitable for exportation.
