Animal Health and Production (Fees) Regulations, 2023.

These Regulations set out application fees in the Schedule for: (I) the registration of an animal establishment under section 31 of the Act; (II) an import permit for domesticated, exotic and livestock animals and animal products under section 43(1) of the Act; (III) the export of a consignment under section 50(1); and (IV) the transit of a consignment through The Bahamas under section 51(1) of the Act.
