Bahamas National Trust (Amendment) Act, 2010.

This Act amends the Bahamas National Trust Act in respect of, among other things: advisory functions of the Bahamas National Trust; management of the Trust by the Council of the Bahamas National Trust; matter of administration of the Trust; membership of the Bahamas National Trust; appointment of wardens for the protection of the Trust; power of the Trust to make, revoke or alter by-laws prohibiting the use of fireworks which have the potential to frighten and disturb wildlife and increase the risk of fire for park infrastructure and other powers of the Trust.
