Abstract
The Trust here established as a body corporate shall promote the permanent preservation of lands and tenements and submarine areas of beauty or natural or historic interest and promote the preservation of their natural aspect, features, and animal, plant and marine life, as the case may be. Various provisions of the Act concern the internal organization of the body corporate such as general meetings, and the establishment of the Council of the Trust, and its powers. The Trust may make by-laws for the prevention of nuisances and preservation on the lands, submarine areas and other property of the Trust.
