Abstract
This Act amends Section 14 of the principal Act as regards the inalienability of any lands or tenements or submarine areas vested in the Bahamas National Trust and the prohibition of land held by the Bahamas National Trust to be subject to adverse possession. It inserts new section 14A in the principal Act regarding any real property acquired or passed to the Bahamas National Trust to be exempted from value added tax.
