Abstract
This Act makes several amendments in the Bahamas National Trust Fund Act. Article 3 amends the Section 10 of the Principal Act regarding the administration of the Bahamas National Trust by the Council and constitution of the Council. Section 19 of the principal Act regards to audit and reporting obligation of the Council is repealed and replaced as mentioned in Article 5. Moreover, new section 25A is inserted into principal Act regards to special procedure in respect of certain offences.
