Abstract
These Bylaws lay down rules on (i) pollution prevention, (ii) control of noise pollution, (iii) protection of plants, wildlife, fishery resources and other natural resources, (iv) restrictions on fishing and anchoring, (v) restricted and prohibited activities, and (vi) permits for conducting scientific research, in Part II for the conservation and protection of national parks. Part III sets out provisions relating to specific parks, such as permits for hunting, protected fishing areas and protected species. Part IV lays down miscellaneous provisions, including but not limited to offences and penalties.
