Abstract
This Act makes provision for the appointment of an Authority which shall regulate, control and administer all matters regarding commercial recreational watersports in The Bahamas and for the registration and control of any commercial recreational watercraft and the licensing of watercraft operators. The Act also provides rules relative to the operation of watercrafts to which this Act applies, provides authorized officers with powers of enforcement, defines offences, prescribes penalties and provides regulation-making powers to the Minister.
