Customs Management Act (Cap. 293).

This Act makes provision with respect to administration and operations of the customs authority and the control of imported goods or goods destined for exportation or transhipment. The Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette, specify goods, or any class of goods, either generally or in any particular manner and may prohibit or restrict the exportation thereof either generally or specifically to any country or place and may amend the Second Schedule to this Act for this purpose. The Act prohibits the importation of, among other things, infected cattle, sheep or other animals and hides, skins, horns and hoofs or anything which the Governor-General may on sanitary grounds by Order prohibit to be imported and meat, provisions, fruit and vegetables and any articles intended for human food which are unfit for human consumption.
