Customs Management (Amendment) Act (No. 15 of 2017).

This Act amends the Customs Management Act to insert in section definitions of "commercial goods", "declaration" and "entry". "Entry" means, in relation to goods (a) entered for home use; (b) for export, (c) entered temporarily for subsequent export, (d) warehoused or placed on board a conveyance as stores or as goods in transit, the submission, either in electronic or other form, of the entry documentation required.
