Environmental Health Services (Amendment) Act, 2025 (No. 52 of 2025).

This Act amends Section 15 of the principal Act as regards the content of the order of the Minister directed to the person responsible for the source of contaminant or pollutant to discontinue adding to, emitting or discharging such contaminant or pollutant, and inserts new Section 15A into principal Act on fixed penalty to be imposed immediately where a foreign owned vessel or cruise ship is responsible for the source of a contaminant or pollutant.
