Abstract
These Regulations amends Regulation 49 of the principal Regulations by inserting new paragraph (3) as regards the payment of disposal charges collected by the Director into the Environmental Health Services Levy Fund to meet expenditure for the upkeep and maintenance of sanitary waste management facilities, dumpsites and transfer stations on a Family Island.
