Environmental Health Services (Fixed Penalty) Regulations, 2025 (S.I. No. 41 of 2025).

These Regulations lay down rules for the issuance of fixed penalty notice for emissions or discharges of contaminant or pollutant into land, water and air. The penalties for non-compliance with the notice of the Director are specified in Part A of the Schedule. The form of a Fixed Penalty Notice is set out in Part B of the Schedule.
