Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 (S.I. No. 29 of 2023).

These Regulations makes amendments in the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) Regulations by amending Second Schedule listing export duties for whole crawfish, crawfish meat, crawfish tail, crawfish head, conch and conch by-product, stone crab, stone crab claws, and sponge; and amending Third Schedule listing fees for permit to trap crawfish, stone crab and golden crab, permit to trap scalefish in shallow and deep waters, permit to sell fishery resources, permit to culture fishery resources, permit to conduct scientific research, export and import of fishery resources, compressor permit, permit to engage in sports fishing, permit to fish or angle for non-Bahamian commercial fishers, seafood inspection and processing, and commercial fishing vessel license.
