Abstract
This Act amends various sections of the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) Act of 1977. A new section (10A) is inserted regarding the regulation of Bahamian fishing vessels to fish for fishery resources for commercial purposes. The Act amends section 15 concerning the detention of vessels, etc., and section 18 as regards the power of the Ministry to make regulations for certain purposes.
